Farewell to Philip Dickson

Colleagues from college met today to toast Philip Dickson, College Accountant and Deputy Bursar, who is retiring from Hertford after fourteen years. Bursar Simon Lloyd spoke warmly of Philip’s methodical integrity on the college’s accounts, and his wisdom and humanity in dealing with people as well as numbers. We all wish Philip well for a retirement filled with golf, coastal walks, and family – and will miss his courtesy, professionalism, experience, and the nicest wool jumpers in college.
