Attorney General for Pakistan re-appointed

Hertford alumnus Khalid Jawed Khan has been appointed as the 35th Attorney General for Pakistan, following his tenure as the 33rd office holder in 2018.
After studying at Queen Mary, University of London, the barrister read for his BCL at Hertford, the University’s highly-regarded graduate Law programme. Khalid Jawed Khan also studied at Harvard Law School and was called to the bar at Lincoln’s Inn. He has been practising law in Pakistan’s Supreme Court since 2004.
