20 years of Oxford Pride receives a warm Hertford welcome

On Saturday 3 June, members of the college community came together to mark the start of Pride Month, as well as Oxford Pride, which this year celebrated its 20th anniversary.

Principal Tom Fletcher was joined by colleagues from across the University, including Vice-Chancellor Irene Tracey, OU Chief Diversity Officer Tim Soutphommasane, and several Heads of House. They met with students over brunch, before heading out to Catte Street to support the Pride March, which set off outside the Hertford gates.

They helped hand out over 1,000 rainbow ice lollies, courtesy of the college’s catering department. A warm (or should that be cool?) Hertford welcome!
