20 April 2026 – 16 April 2027
Hertford College intends to appoint a fixed-term Stipendiary Lecturer in Law from 20 April 2026 – 16 April 2027. The successful candidate will be asked to provide tutorial teaching in Contract Law and Tort Law.
The Lecturer will be under the direction of Dr Aruna Nair and Dr Kate Greasley, Fellows and Tutors in Law at Hertford. The overall tutorial teaching load will be an average of 4 contact hours per week, (in groups of two/three and small classes) over three terms.

The successful candidate will be entitled to associate membership of the college’s Senior Common Room (SCR), free lunches while undertaking teaching duties in term time and during vacations, and access to an academic allowance. Further particulars for the post are available on the Hertford College website: https://www.hertford.ox.ac.uk/and-more/vacancies
