The Reverend Anthony Buckley

Anthony is responsible for the life of the Chapel, and also has a role in pastoral care
His office is located in Room OB5/4, on the top floor of staircase OB5 on the main college site.

Anthony is happy to meet with members of the college community for any reason, regardless of their faith.

In all pastoral conversations he is bound by both the college and University Confidentiality Policy, and Professional Guidelines for Clergy. So, if you need a safe space to offload, or to talk things through, please do get in touch. He can point you to someone who can help you if further help is needed.

Anthony came to the priesthood via a career in teaching. He studied Modern History at Keble College, Oxford, obtained the Oxford Diploma in Ministry at Wycliffe Hall, and his M.A. in Ministry at Christchurch College, Canterbury.  Presently, Anthony is the Area Dean of Oxford and the Vicar at St. Michael at the North Gate Church and City Rector, Oxford.
