Stephen Massey is a British financier and politician. He studied politics, philosophy and economics at Hertford College and served as President of the Oxford University Conservative Association during his time there. He was appointed as Chief Executive of the Conservative Party from November 2022 to December 2024 and now sits as a Conservative Party peer in the House of Lords.
