Paul Manduca has had a long career in the financial sector following his graduation from Hertford in 1973.
He was CEO of four asset management businesses, and founding CEO of Threadneedle Asset Management in 1994. He is a former chairman of the AIC (91-3) and of TheCityUK’s Leadership Council (2015–19) as well as co-chair of PM Theresa May’s business services advisory group. He is currently Chairman of St James’s Place plc.
