Noah Raford

Research Associate

Noah Raford is specialist in public policy, strategy and emerging technologies. He was a policy advisor at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, the first ‘Futurist-in-Chief’ for the city of Dubai, and a founding executive of the Dubai Future Foundation and the Museum of the Future. He is responsible for several global and regional ‘firsts’, including the first cryptocurrency policies in the UAE, the world’s first 3D printed building, and more. His current research focuses on the interaction of video games, virtual worlds, youth culture and politics.
