Registrar & Director of Admissions
Disability Lead
01865 279399
Originally from the USA, Megan read Religious Studies at St. Mary’s College, Maryland, graduating with Honours: Magna Cum Laude. She subsequently studied for a Master’s degree in Medieval Studies at Oxford.
Megan has worked at a number of Oxford colleges over the last eleven years, and has extensive experience of supporting students during their studies: organising induction week, coordinating academic skills support, working with students with disabilities, managing student feedback mechanisms and ensuring the integrity of all academic processes. She currently oversees teaching provision at Hertford and is the college’s Disability Lead.
As Director of Admissions, Megan is responsible for the admissions processes – both undergraduate and graduate – across all subjects at Hertford and directs the work of the admissions and outreach team. She will be instrumental in managing outreach initiatives which target schools with little history of sending applicants to Oxford, such as the intercollegiate Oxford Pathways programme.
