Dr Amelia Bowman
Non-Stipendiary Lecturer in Pre-clinical Medicine (Anatomy)
Amelia completed her pre-clinical and clinical medical studies at Hertford College, Oxford. She is currently undertaking ACCS anaesthetics training in Oxford, having completed the Academic Foundation Programme.
Her notable achievements include the Wronker Grant for outstanding performance in the Honour School of Medical Sciences (2020), the Vaughan Williams Clinical Medicine Prize (2023), and the Association of Anaesthetists National Trainee Foundation Poster Prize (2024).
Alongside her clinical training, Amelia has been tutoring anatomy to pre-clinical students at Hertford College since 2023 and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is actively engaged in research and continues to contribute to the academic field.
