Anthony Geffen is one of the world’s most respected figures in the creative industries. A multi-award-winning producer, and founder of Atlantic Studios, he is globally renowned for his high-end factual storytelling, often enhanced by innovative techniques and the latest technology. Most recently he has been working closely with Big Tech companies such as Google, Nvidia, Apple and Meta across multiple platforms in entertainment, education and health.
He has won over 50 major international awards, including 4 BAFTAS and 11 Emmys.
Recent immersive projects include ‘Black Holes XR’ for Google/Samsung, five-part immersive series ‘Adventure’ for Apple, ‘Life Before Birth XR’ with Chinese surgeons, ‘Neuro AI’ with Harvard Medical School, the ‘Rashid Rover’ project for the UAE Government, and ‘VE80’ for the British Government.
Before setting up Atlantic, his career encompassed Hollywood and the BBC. He has produced some of television’s most acclaimed documentaries such as the five-part series ‘The Promised Land’ about the African American migration, ‘Greeks: Crucible of Civilisation’, ‘Jerusalem: City of Heaven’, ‘Inside the Commons’, and ‘The Coronation’. Feature documentaries include ‘Hawking: Can You Hear Me?’, ‘Titanic: The Digital Resurrection’, ‘The Wildest Dream: Conquest of Everest’, ‘2025: The Year From Space’, and the upcoming cinema release of ‘Chasing Utopia’ about the future of AI, as well as multiple films with David Attenborough including ‘The Great Barrier Reef’, ‘First Life’, and ‘Natural History Museum Alive’.
