The programme for the evening will run as follows:

6pm – Drinks reception in the Old Lodgings

7:15pm – Dinner in Hall

What is the dress code?

Black Tie

May I bring a guest?

We are unable to accommodate guests on this occasion.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We would advise catching the train or using the Park and Ride on the ring road of Oxford.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to print your ticket as we will have a guest list on the door.

What is the refund policy?

As this is a free event, there is no refund policy, however, any donations made to the Student Support fund to mark this special occasion are gratefully received.

Unfortunately as it is term time, College is unable to offer rooms, however we highly recommend looking at www.universityrooms.com
