Bio:

I have worked across different industry sectors (from BA’s graduate programme to technology and outsourcing) via a 4-5 year stint in management consulting (BCG). I am now CEO of a global services business in the healthcare and life science sectors. Perhaps my most relevant experience for current students and recent graduates is the transition from Oxford into industry, the relevant merits of industry vs management consulting, working in privately owned vs publicly quoted companies and progression from grad scheme to CEO.
