“I lead, manage and develop a team of eight staff to run the OUP owned journals portfolio.  The list consists of approximately 100 journals, and our focus is to develop and increase the impact of the list and ensure its financial success.  My role is also accountable for representing our Journals Editorial department within the Product function in order to capture, evaluate and prioritize Journals ideas for Product development.  As part of this we manage and deliver projects for the Journals portfolio specifically.  We also provide Editorial insight, strategic guidance and advocacy to broader projects.”
