Town & Gown 10k success

Hertford were out in force at the annual Town & Gown 10k race this Sunday, finishing with a coveted spot in the top three!

Principal Will Hutton was joined by tutors and students to form a 35-strong band of Hertford runners, and even the Senior Proctor got his shorts out for the occasion. Everyone did fantastically well but they were all outstripped, however, by the fast legs of third-year Chemistry student Joe Morrow (in the navy jersey on the podium below). Out of the 4,000 runners on the day, Joe managed to bag third place and a bronze medal with a knock-out time of 32:10. Huge congratulations to Joe and all of our runners, taking part in aid of Muscular Dystrophy UK.
