Head of the River Race London drinks

Hertford College Boat Club are holding an afternoon of drinks and socialising on Saturday 29th March during the Head of the River Race.

They have booked a private room in the famous Blue Anchor pub in Hammersmith (13 The Lower Mall, Hammersmith, W6 9DJ) with great views of the river Thames.

Hertford will have a crew competing in the Head of the River Race that afternoon. This is one of the most famous rowing events in the world, and will see over 400 crews from around the UK and overseas taking part.

The race commences at 2.15 pm and the River Room at the Blue Anchor is booked from 12 pm, making it the perfect way to spend the afternoon for boaties and non-boaties alike. The same event last year had a great turnout and we hope to see many of you there again this year. The event is open to all Hertford alumni, whether or not you were involved with the boat club during your time at college.
