We are delighted to invite freshers and family guests to the Freshers’ Family Lunch on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 March.
This is an annual event that takes place in college to allow our new JCR students the chance to introduce their families to their new home and to enjoy a three course meal in Hall with loved ones.
Please note that, due to limited capacity, we host the event over two days, you can choose which day you would prefer but places are reserved on a first come first served basis. There is a maximum of two family tickets available per student. Please ensure that you book a student ticket as well as any for family attending.
Dress code: smart casual
The programme will be the same for both days:
12.00 pm – Drinks in Old Lodgings
1 pm – Lunch in Hall
FAQs Can I see the guest list?
Of course – we’ll email a guest list to everyone who has signed up to join us a few days before the event. If you’ve signed up to join us but would prefer your name not to be printed on this list, please get in touch.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket to the event?
No, we’ll have a guest list on the door.

We are happy to refund all cancellations received before 21 February in full. Sorry, but cancellations received after that date cannot be refunded.
