Four orchestral recitals conducted by Hertford music students

This term four ‘generations’ of music students take to the podia of Oxford University orchestras.
First up, Andy Warnock (Music finalist) conducts Oxford University Wind Orchestra on 1st March at Wesley Memorial Church.
Junior organ scholar, Nick Graham (Music fresher) conducts the Hertford College Orchestra in the lovely surroundings of the Holywell Music Room on 4th March.
Next, Edmund Whitehead (Music 2nd year) conducts one of Oxford’s finest ensembles, OU Sinfonietta, in a programme of Rameau, Ravel, Varese and Poulenc in St Peter’s College chapel on 5th March.
Finally, Ben Goodson, Hertford alumnus (Music, 2009) conducts the prestigious Oxford Chamber Orchestra on 9th March in a programme of Stravinsky, Prokofiev and Beethoven’s Emperor piano concerto.
