Eights Week Buffet Lunch

Hertford friends and alumni are warmly invited to the Eights Week Buffet Lunch on Saturday 25th May 2013. This is an excellent opportunity to get out along the river and support Hertford rowers whilst enjoying a glass of Pimm’s and some great company. Family and friends are also very welcome to join this event.
We will be holding a buffet lunch in the Graduate Centre. This will include a hot buffet, strawberries & cream and some complimentary wine at a cost of £13 per person. The buffet will be available between 12 pm and 2 pm, after which we will move down the towpath towards the college boathouse.
At the boathouse we are organising a cash-only bar which will be well stocked with Pimm’s as well as some soft drinks; the bar will be open from 11 am.
Please RSVP to the Members’ and Development Office by Monday 13th May using the reply slip. Payment can be made via cheque or credit/debit card; please make cheques payable to Hertford College or ring us on 01865 279428 to make card payments. Unfortunately we regret that we are unable to make any refunds for cancellations after 13th May.
The dress code is smart/casual but please remember to wear practical shoes to walk along the towpath to the boathouse.
