E.W. Gilbert Club 40th anniversary dinner

This year is the 40th anniversary of the founding of the E.W. Gilbert Club. In recognition of this, the Geography Fellows at Hertford would like to invite you to the Gilbert Club 40th Anniversary Dinner, to be held in College on Saturday 27th September. This will be an excellent opportunity to celebrate Hertford Geography, to meet fellow Geographers (and Geography Fellows) past and present, and to celebrate both the College and the subject….and the Gilbert Club

Pre-dinner drinks will be held in the Old Lodgings at 6.45 pm followed by dinner in Hall at 7.30 pm. For those who wish to savour Oxford for a little longer, rooms in College will be available on the night. We understand, too, that some guests will convene in the King’s Arms at 6 pm for a pre-pre-dinner drink. We are strictly limited to a maximum of 120 people at dinner, and demand may exceed supply, thus an early booking is recommended.
