HCBCS drinks at Head of the River race

Hertford College boat club society have planned an afternoon of drinks and socialising at the Head of the River Race – where Hertford will have a crew competing in the afternoon – in a private room at Hammersmith with fantastic views of the River Thames. This is one of the most famous rowing events in the world, and will see over 400 crews from around the UK and overseas taking part. 

• Venue: The River Room, The Blue Anchor, 13 Lower Mall, Hammersmith, London W6 9DJ
• Finger food provided; cash bar
• Please arrive promptly if you wish to see any of the rowing, as the race commences at noon

This is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends in London and potentially make some new ones. 

The event is open to all Hertford alumni, whether or not you were involved with the Club during your time at college, as any and all are welcome to attend; a donation of £10 per person on the day is suggested in order to cover costs.
