NOPI Ottolenghi pop-up at Hertford

For one night only… on 10 October, chefs from Yotam Ottolenghi’s NOPI restaurant set up shop in Hertford kitchens to produce a lavish meal for diners, beginning with sage and pineapple martini and ending with baked chocolate ganache.
But if you missed it, Hertford food is on a high note at the moment, with southern fried partridge served Shoreditch-style in burger boxes on the menu for Freshers’ dinner, and bacon popcorn at the Library Treasures celebration. Great work from chef Ben Gibbons (who describes himself as ‘a massive Ottolenghi fan) and all his team.
