Hertford in Asia – join us!

This March, Hertford will be on the road hosting a series of events across Asia – in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.

Whether you live in the area or this provides a prompt for a trip, we hope that we will have the chance to see many of you at one – or more! – of these events. Hertford’s Principal, Will Hutton, will be in Hong Kong and Singapore, and Julia Thaxton and Anna Baskerville will be on the road too. There are over 300 alumni in Asia, and these occasions provide a great chance for you to make connections and new friends.

Tuesday 21 March – Tokyo
A get together dinner at Two Rooms Grill (5F AO Building, 3-11-7 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku) from 6.45pm.

Thursday 23 March – Hong Kong
A drinks reception with canapés at alumna Katie Targett-Adams (Languages, 1997) and her husband Tim’s home in SoHo, 6pm–8.30pm.

Friday 24 March – Singapore
We’re holding a dinner at Bar-A-Thym (18 Gemmill Ln, 069255)) from 7pm. The date coincides with the University of Oxford’s Alumni Weekend in Asia, which will include an academic programme at the Marina Bay Sands and gala dinner at Flower Field Hall.

Tuesday 28 March – Kuala Lumpur
A get together dinner at Skillet at 163 (163 Fraser Place, No. 10 Jalan Perak, 50450 KL ) from 7.30pm.
