I currently teach all the first and second year applied mathematics courses at Hertford College. In the past I have taught Part B Distribution Theory and Fourier Analysis and Part C General Relativity.
My research focuses on the Analysis of Partial Differential Equations in General Relativity. In particular, I study the existence, scattering and asymptotic properties of various field theories in General Relativity using the geometric techniques introduced by Roger Penrose. I am also interested in Microlocal Analysis and applications to Quantum Field Theory, and connections to infrared problems.
