Woman of the Year
12 October 2014
We are very proud (again) of Hertford biochemist Alison Woollard, whose achievements this year including her televised Royal Institution Christmas lectures and her participation in our Women Portraits exhibition culminate in the invitaiton to the Woman of the Year lunch. At this gathering,
Every guest is regarded as a ‘Woman of the Year’. They represent not only themselves but the millions of extraordinary women who make a difference every day. In a world which often celebrates ‘celebrity’, Women of the Year sets itself apart by honouring real achievement and diversity.
