HS2: the management lessons
4 July 2013
Dr Steve New, our Fellow and Tutor in Management, has a letter on the decision-making process over the high speed rail link (HS2) in today’s Financial Times. Steve makes three suggestions – and maybe our Hertford Economics and Management students and alumni could help with them:

Northcote Parkinson (who described this type of decision-making more than 50 years ago) to our reading lists.
