Hertford BCL successes

Congratulations to Hertford BCL students for their examination success. Jack Williams was named joint Vinerian Scholarship Proxime Accessit, coming second overall in the BCL classlist. He also won the prize for Comparative Public Law, which is becoming a Hertford tradition (Ciar McAndrew won it last year). Fellow student James Manwaring was awarded the prize for Constitutional Theory and the prize for Advanced Property and Trusts on his way to a Distinction overall.
