HART Fest 2016: a weekend of arts at Hertford.

HART Fest 2016 is a celebration of the artistic, musical, dancing, dramatic, cooking and cultural talent and passions of Hertford College, taking place from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th May.

With over 40 students involved in organising the weekend, and even more taking part, it is a true student enterprise and achievement for the JCR. We have filled the weekend with more than 20 events: drama and dance workshops, film screenings, a silent disco, a ceilidh and a open mic night. With the MCRs generosity and assistance, we are also holding two life drawing sessions, a Will Hutton portrait session (with the man himself!), cake decorating and a silent film screening, accompanied by Hertford musicians. In the chapel, we are holding a special recital, a HART Fest even song and and exhibition of Hertford’s artists throughout the Sunday.

As last year, Jazz on the Quad will be on the Friday, accompanied by Pimms, strawberries and cream, and, in addition, the announcement of our Great Oxford Bakeoff winner! You can access all these events (except from the silent disco) and more for just £10 for the whole weekend! A huge Hertford presence, alumni, staff, and future students, would make the weekend even more special than it’s looking to be already. We hope to see you there!
