Glowing feedback for STEM Day

We are delighted with the feedback from our recent Access Day for state-schooled Y11 girls interested in STEM Subjects. Many, we trust, will continue with STEM subjects at university, and it seems they were encouraged by the chance to meet women tutors and undergraduates in STEM Subjects and to hear how they became specialists in the Sciences, Maths, Engineering and Computing.

One of the participants writes:

Thank you very much for a fabulous day last week. I found the various lecturers extremely interesting and thoroughly enjoyed the day.

And another:

I thoroughly enjoyed it and believe that it has been very beneficial in helping me to think about whether I may want to go into science in the future. Speaking to the undergraduates also helped me to learn more about life in the college and applying for Oxford – something that I very much hope to do in the future!
