Bridging Programme returns

Today Hertford welcomes participants in this year’s Maths, Physics and Life Sciences (MPLS) Bridging Programme. It is the third time since 2013 that Hertford has supported the Programme, this year co-hosting with our neighbours across Radcliffe Square – Brasenose.

The Programme is provided for incoming students (at any college) in MPLS subjects who, for a variety of reasons (e.g. challenging educational or personal circumstances), are likely to benefit significantly from additional support as they make the transition to life at Oxford. It offers a range of academic and other sessions (e.g. Maths, time management, an introduction to the tutorial system), and helps build an informal network between students who will study at different colleges. Hertford is proud to be playing its part in giving them an excellent platform for success in their studies.
