Back after half-term

As schools returned from half-term, Hertford’s access and outreach team got back into gear.

On Monday Catherine Redford, our Outreach Fellow, was at La Sainte Union – one of our link schools in Camden, and yesterday we had groups of year 10s from Callington Community College (Cornwall) and Ormiston Chadwick Academy (Widnes) in college as part of the Pathways Programme. One of the students from the latter had been born in Oxford and lived briefly in Bicester before moving to Widnes, so it is her dream to come back here for university. It is just this kind of aspiration we are keen to encourage and if your school would like to visit Hertford please get in touch!
