Mind Body Relaxation

Yo Davies, College Nurse, will be running regular mind/body relaxation sessions this term. These sessions will use mindfulness based techniques.

They will take place in the Baring Room from 2pm on Wednesdays and last 40 minutes. They begin in 1st week.

In 3rd week and 5th week the sessions will be on Tuesdays at 2pm , also in the Baring Room.

The sessions begin on April 30th and will run through to 8th week.
