Want to get that authentic Hertford Gaudy feel? Have a look below!
Although we can’t welcome you back to college at the present time, we didn’t want you to miss out on the fabulous food that our catering team normally whip up. So, with that in mind, Head Chef Carl Isham has created a menu that you can re-create at home!
With a starter, main and pudding recipe at your disposal, you can go all out on a three course meal, or keep things simple with just a starter or main (or just the pudding, for that matter!) You can also share your creations with us on Instagram and Twitter using the #HertfordOnlineGaudy hashtag.
For those of you who don’t fancy cooking, our resident cocktail-maestro Max Palfi has also created a signature cocktail for the evening, so you can toast your time at Hertford with something a little bit special!
Here’s your 1989, 1990 & 1991 Gaudy menu! The recipe ‘book’ can be found here.

Let’s recreate going DTB post-dinner!Â
Have a go at creating a Hertford-tini cocktail for a summery post-dinner drink. It’s not quite a Pango, but still a fabulous cocktail!
