Hertford volunteer in vaccine trial
19 November 2014
Journalism, charity work, sport, partying… the range of activities students enjoy when they are not working is extensive. But we are particularly proud of Sarah Bevan, currently on her Oriental Studies degree at Hertford, who has volunteered to test the new Ebola vaccines being developed in the university. As Sarah said, when she was interviewed as the final volunteer in the 60-person trial:
Considering what has been happening in Sierra Leone, volunteering for the vaccine trial was one thing that I could do.
